Oregon Trail the game? Or the real Trail? I'll go with the game...My wagon never got dysentery! Sure they may have starved a bit... but never dysentery!
Out of the hundreds of games I played of Oregon Trail, I probably only won 5 or so times. The rest were all ended with dysentery.
