Yea, they forgot where my mother was... they kept saying she hadn't woken up and was still in the PACU, when really she had been up for an hour and was put in a different room.
Nurses didn't know where she was!!!
And, I -might- have heard your story, but I can't recall it.

Come to think of it... I died because of doctor incompetence there. (I think everyone's heard the story way too many times so I won't repeat it here.)
